1) HELPDESK ANALYST (1 Vacancy)

Job Specification

  • Provides unrivalled customer service to all internal customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
  • Acts as single point of contact for all phone and email queries from internal customers.
  • Troubleshoots basic software and hardware issues via phone and resolve upon first contact, when possible.
  • Fully documents all cases in the service desk tool and escalates to appropriate resolver groups.
  • Monitors the progress of requests for support and ensures that customers and other interested parties are kept informed.
  • Escalates unresolved tickets to the appropriate.
  • To manage Helpdesk System (SM9) and to ensure all information needed is updated and no leak information (IM Tracking and Monitoring).
  • Performs basic support functions such as password resets, unlocking accounts and AD group changes.
  • Provides “how to” assistance on all internally supported devices, applications and systems.
  • Escalates issues to appropriate second and third level subject-matter experts in accordance to service-level agreements, and follow up on incidents when appropriate.
  • Leverages internal and external resources (knowledge bases, manuals, support sites, vendors, etc.) to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Contributes to the creation/ facilitation/ maintenance of FAQ documents, knowledge articles and user guides.
  • Builds relationships with the Level 2 support technicians and Level 3 subject-matter experts to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals are understood and met or exceeded.
  • An advocate for the customers to ensure he or she receives high-quality and timely service and support from the entire IT organization.
  • Owning all requests and incidents and seeing each through resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Receives requests for support or advice from customers and members via phone and email; takes ownership of and responsibility for the requests and prioritizes them in accordance with procedures and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) currently is operation.
  • To perform a daily checklist on all system and analyze the result and all problem arises.
  • Perform special tasks related to the system required by the superior.

Skills Required

  • Possess at least Cert or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or in other related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year working experience in IT industry.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Customer focused; demonstrating empathy with others, contribute to team values and rapport-building across the organization.
  • Effective prioritization skills and the ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

2) TECHNICAL WRITER (1 Vacancy)

Job Specification

Responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and working with technical and operation staff to ensure accuracy of product or solution descriptions. Other job scopes:

  • Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals.
  • Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
  • Study product/solution samples and talk with designers and developers.
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
  • Work with technical department to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams and charts that increase users’ understanding.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture.
  • Gather usability feedback from customers, designers and developers.
  • Revise documents as new issues arise.

Skills Required

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or Information Technology or English or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel) and Microsoft Visio or any other graphical software for design and drawing purpose hence able to show ideas graphically.
  • At least one (1) experience working in a technical writing position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.

3) ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (1 Vacancy)

Job Specification

  • Accounts Payable:

    • Purchase ledger ‐ obtain authorization from the appropriate person for all purchase invoices.
    • Processing invoices accurately and within expected time periods. Verify calculations and input codes in to the accounts system in an accurate manner.
    • Where any discrepancies or issues arise with purchase invoices, raise this with the Senior Manager in order that a timely resolution can be identified.
    • Receive and process all expense claim forms and requests for payments. Process payment runs to suppliers based on invoices approved for payment prepared by

    the Finance Manager and approved by the CEO.

    • Monitor accounts payable, following up on outstanding balances when required.

    Accounts Receivable:

    • Ensure billings are raised and posted accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Assist Procurement Executive in preparation of project claims by collating supporting documentation.
    • Monthly & Year End Accounts:
    • To be responsible for banking of cheques and the cash received and cheques books.
    • Responsibility for bank reconciliation and completion at each month end.
    • Help in the preparation of monthly journal and post into the Microsoft GP in accurate manner.
    • Provide assistance to the monthly management accounts processes.
    • Assist in preparing the Year‐end audit file to ensure that all information is ready and available in time for the statutory audit.

    Others:

    • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
    • Perform all others duties/projects assigned as required.
    • Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Skills Required

  • Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking or in other related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year working experience in the related field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
